This is a rare opportunity to hear from a panel of accomplished experts in psychology and social work.
They will address:

  • What less costly and innovative approaches exist that may reduce conflict in divorcing families;
  • Alternative settlement based evaluations to a traditional custody/parenting time assessments;
  • Intensive family treatments where a child refuses contact with a parent;
  • How a time limits psycho-educational program teaches the skills to negotiate the entire divorcing process more constructively, reduce conflict and improve co-parenting long-term.
    There will be an extended time for discussion between the panel and attendees, possibly through the use of hypothetical problems.

CLE:  This program has been approved by the Board of Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.5 hours of CLE credits. Of these, 2.5 qualify as hours of credit toward certification in matrimonial law. By virtue of reciprocity, NJ CLE credits also satisfy New York CLE requirements.  PA Attorneys may count this program as 2.0 CLE credits; an additional $10 fee applies.
