Civil eCourts Seminar - What You Need to Know Now

This seminar will provide an overview of eCourts for the Civil Part, Law. It will be presented by staff from the AOC Automated Trial Court Services Unit. The presentation will include access, filing, and functionality components. There will be a review of the screen mock ups along with a discussion of immediate and long-term strategy for Civil eCourts enhancements. We will also be discussing technological upgrades recently installed in our courtrooms.

This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal  Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 170 minutes (3.4) of total CLE credits. Of these, 3.4 credits may be applied for certified civil  trial attorneys. By virtue of reciprocity, this program may also be applied for 3.4 NY CLE Credits.  CLE Credit  for  PA is available upon request for an additional $10 fee.
