This will include procedures, case law updates and appeal processes among other topic areas.

 This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 3.4 hours of total CLE Credits.  Of these, 3.4 credits may be applied for certified criminal trial attorneys.  By virtue of reciprocity, this program may also be applied for 3.4 NY CLE Credits. PA credits pending and may be available on request for an additional $10 fee.
